1. Acceptance of the Digital Framework
By accessing TibetTechInsight.digital, you enter into a legally binding agreement to follow these terms. - Mirroring site content on AWS/Cloud platforms
3. Usage Rights & Technical Access
Access to certain intelligence segments may require registration or verified credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access keys. Any breach of security originating from your account may result in immediate suspension of service without notice.
4. Data Integrity & Disclaimer
While we strive for absolute accuracy in our market intelligence, the data is provided "as is." Tibet Tech Insight acts as an analytical layer. The insights provided are not financial, legal, or professional investment advice.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law in New Zealand, Tibet Tech Insight shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our specialized tech insights. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data corruption, or business interruption.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Auckland.
